Economist, Universidad Nacional de Asunción. Master's in Management, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Licensed customs broker, with graduate programs in green hydrogen and in ports and navigation. Builds the economic and data models behind every analysis.
